What this does
Radiochromic film darkens with dose. Enter scanner readings for films exposed to known doses and the server fits the Micke rational function pixel = (r + s·D) / (t + D) to the red, green and blue channels, so a later scan can be converted back to dose.

Research use only
This demo is built on the open-source chromadose library (MIT). It is not a medical device and must not be used for diagnosis, treatment planning or clinical decisions. Do not upload patient-identifiable data: nothing is stored, and each fit is computed in memory and discarded.
Deployed from GitHub with CI/CD on a self-hosted Coolify instance.
